NEXCO EAST Tomakomai Management Office (Tomakomai City) cooperates with Noboribetsu City, Noboribetsu Tourism Association and Noboribetsu City Area Association Neighborhood Association, E5 Do-O Expressway Noboribetsu East Interchange (IC) and "Welcome Demon Statue" flowerbed flowers will be replanted.
With Golden Week just around the corner, Noboribetsu Higashi IC, which is the gateway to Noboribetsu Onsen, and beautiful flowers are planted in the flower beds under the symbol "Welcome Demon Statue" on the front of the IC, to welcome customers using the Expressway. It is a "heart" to welcome you.
