NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Sapporo Atsubetsu District) is, Ryowa three years (2021) from 9 November, E5A Shiribeshi Expressway (SHIRIBESHI EXPRESSWAY), E5 Do-O Expressway (MichiHisashimichi), E38 Doto Expressway (Doto Expressway), we will close the traffic at night and close the interchange (IC) due to the implementation of road surface repair work and division fence installation work. When you go out, please leave with plenty of time and use the detour.

- Road surface repair work
Repairs areas where cracks or steps are noticeable on the pavement surface. - Section fence installation work
Wire ropes will be installed as a measure to prevent head-on collisions in two-way traffic sections.
