NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Atsubetsu-ku, Sapporo City) is offering an ETC car limited Dora-wari "Hokkaido Winter Toku Flip Pass" ("Winter Toku") that allows unlimited rides on Expressway in three areas in Hokkaido from 14:00 today. It will be on sale.
In addition to the recommended sightseeing facilities and accommodation facilities in Hokkaido, which we are participating in, "Scenic Byway Hokkaido", we have prepared a number of benefits that can be used at ski resorts. Why don't you visit Hokkaido in winter, which is full of nature, by using the safe, secure, comfortable and convenient Expressway even in the snowy winter?
This year marks the 50th anniversary of the opening of Expressway for the first time in Hokkaido on December 4, 1971. To commemorate this, a total of 100 people who used the plan including December 4th (Sat) and 5th (Sun) will be selected by lottery to open "Hokkaido Expressway 50". Anniversary gifts "are available!

Applications will be accepted from 14:00 on November 12th (Friday) today. Please apply from the "Winter Toku" dedicated page before you start using the service. You can apply even on the day before driving on the Expressway.

9. Precautions for use
- The Expressway in Hokkaido during the winter season may be closed due to sudden changes in the weather and snowfall. Cancellations and refunds are not possible after the start of use of this product, so please check the weather information and traffic information carefully before departure. Cancellation is possible before driving on the Expressway.
- If you drive beyond the target section of the plan you are applying for, you will be charged the normal fare in addition to the fare for this product for driving outside the target section. Please check the target section of the plan you are applying for.
- If you apply for multiple plans in duplicate, you will be charged for multiple plans if you drive the target section of each plan even once. Please be careful when applying for multiple plans.
- Even if the toll during the usage period is less than the "Winter Toku" fee, the difference will not be refunded. Depending on the distance and time of use, it may be cheaper to use the ETC discount than to use "Winter Toku", so please consider carefully before applying.
- Before using the service, please check the information on the infection status of the new coronavirus and measures to prevent the Large of the new coronavirus sent by each local government before going out. In addition, please pay attention to your physical condition and take measures to prevent the Large of infection, such as refraining from traveling if you have symptoms of fever or cold.

Scenic Byway is a combination of the adjective Scenic for landscapes and scenes, and Byway, which means sideways and more roads.
This is an initiative aimed at "creating a beautiful landscape," "creating a vibrant community," and "creating an attractive tourist space," in collaboration with the local government and the local government. On each route, we are developing activities that are unique to each region, such as flower planting and cleaning of roads, maintenance of scenic spots recommended by the region, and information dissemination. Currently, there are 13 designated routes and 3 candidate routes, and about 460 groups are active. NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office is also participating in this initiative.
