NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Atsubetsu-ku, Sapporo City) will start the "Hokkaido Smartphone Stamp Rally" for the purpose of promoting Hokkaido drive tourism.
The "Hokkaido Smartphone Stamp Rally" is a popular project in which more than 14,000 people have acquired more than 480,000 stamps annually in 2021. In 2022 as well, we will deliver more powerful projects such as presenting a "digital participation certificate" to all those who have obtained stamps for the first time. We have also prepared luxury prizes for 500 people who can apply for the lottery according to the number of stamps.
This year, let's go on a trip to collect stamps and enjoy the four seasons of Hokkaido with your smartphone in one hand!

In collaboration with Hokkaido, 11 of the main venues and sponsorship venues of the "39th National Urban Greening Fair (Garden Festa Hokkaido 2022)" have been designated as stamp acquisition spots. In addition, we have prepared prizes that can be applied by those who have obtained stamps at 10 spots including 4 facilities related to "Garden Festa Hokkaido 2022". - Cooperation with Upopoi
In collaboration with the Ainu Folk Culture Foundation, we have prepared prizes that can be applied by those who have obtained stamps at 5 spots including Upopoi. - Cooperation with Scenic Byway Hokkaido
Eight spots recommended by Scenic Byway Hokkaido (two of which are winter-only spots) have been designated as stamp acquisition spots.

We have also prepared a prize course that can be applied only to those who use the ETC car limited Dora-wari "HOKKAIDO LOVE! Michimichi Toku Furi Pass", which allows unlimited rides on Expressway throughout Hokkaido.

3. 3. More fun with "Hokkaido Drive Guide"
The "Hokkaido Drive Guide (Spring-Summer Edition)" scheduled to be published in late April will feature a special article on the Hokkaido Smartphone Stamp Rally. In addition to introducing tourist information and recommended model courses in various parts of Hokkaido, we will also post special discount information that can be used at some stamp acquisition spots, so don't miss this too!

From June 25th (Sat) to July 24th (Sun), "Garden Festa Hokkaido 2022" (39th National Urban Greening Fair) will be held. The National Urban Greening Fair has been held every year since 1983, and is one of the largest events in Japan regarding flowers and greenery.
The main venue is "Hanafuru", the base of flowers in Eniwa City, and we welcome visitors with colorful flower beds such as garden exhibitions and container gardens. In addition, in order to enjoy the fair throughout Hokkaido, we have 32 sponsorship venues such as national and prefectural parks and private gardens. Upopoi (Symbol of Ethnic Symbiosis) is a base for the reconstruction and development of Ainu culture, which was born on the shores of Lake Poroto in Shiraoi Town on July 12, 2020. The nickname "Upopoi" means "singing (at most)" in the Ainu language.
NEXCO EAST, as a member of Upopoi Public-Private Support Network, will support "Upopoi" as a base for the reconstruction and development of Ainu culture through various efforts through Expressway.
“ScenicByway” is a combination of the adjective Scenic of landscape and scene, and Byway, which means side road and more road.
This is an initiative in which the local government and the local government collaborate to create a beautiful landscape, create a vibrant community, and create an attractive tourist space. On each route, we are developing activities that are unique to each region, such as flower planting and cleaning of roads, maintenance of scenic points recommended by the region, and information dissemination. Currently, there are 13 designated routes and 3 candidate routes, and about 460 organizations are active. NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office is also participating in this initiative.
