NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Atsubetsu-ku, Sapporo) and Toki Air Co., Ltd. (Higashi-ku, Niigata) will extend the sales period for the Dorawari "HOKKAIDO LOVE! Michitoku Free Pass x Toki Air Set Plan" (hereinafter referred to as "this plan") until Tuesday, March 31, 2026 due to popular demand.
This plan is available to customers arriving at Sapporo Okadama Airport on Toki Air flights, and allows unlimited travel on all Expressway within Hokkaido for a fixed price. Starting from Wednesday, October 1st, the number of days of use will be Large to a maximum of 8 days.
The regular "Michitoku Free Pass (A Period) ^*" costs 10,700 yen (standard car) for 4 days, but with this plan you can use it for just 7,700 yen (standard car) for 4 days, making it a better deal, so be sure to take this opportunity to use Toki Air and Expressway and enjoy your trip to Hokkaido to the fullest.

1. Plan Overview

• This plan is for customers who use ETC.
• If you are using a rental car with an ETC onboard unit, you can use this plan using your ETC card.
• Excludes busy periods such as the New Year holidays and three-day weekends.
• Plan details may change depending on Toki Air's flight schedule.
  If any changes occur, we will notify you again.
• The Dorawari and Toki Air set plan is also available for purchase for customers arriving at Niigata Airport. Customers traveling in the Niigata area should check the "Niigata Sightseeing Drive Pass x Toki Air Set Plan" website.

2. How to use

1. Please complete your reservation and purchase for your Toki Air flight ticket (arriving at Sapporo Okadama Airport) through the official Toki Air website.
2. After completing your purchase, click on the application URL for this plan under "Guests arriving at Sapporo Okadama Airport" in the email sent to you by Toki Air to go to the application page.
3. Please apply for Dorawari by following the instructions on the application page.
   • You must apply for this plan by the day of boarding your Toki Air flight. When applying, please set the start date of use of this plan to be the day of boarding or the day after. Also, if you want to start using this plan from the day of boarding, please complete the application before using Expressway.
4. Please insert the ETC card with the number entered on the application page into the in-vehicle unit and use Expressway.

3. Benefits etc.

1. ETC Mileage Service Point Plus Campaign
   If you apply for and use our Dorawari discount plan for a weekday-only period, we are currently running a campaign in which you will receive additional ETC mileage points worth 15% of the Dorawari discount price. For details, please see "DraPla Please check here.
2. E-NEXCO point present
   Customers using E-NEXCO pass will receive 50 E-NEXCO points in addition to regular points.

4. Precautions for Use

1. Depending on the section you are using, the day of the week, and the time of day, it may be cheaper to use the ETC time-of-day discount.
2. If you use this plan with a rental car, you must use your own ETC card. Rental ETC cards cannot be used.
3. You cannot change the vehicle during the rental period.
4. If there is a change or cancellation to the planned date of use of this plan due to a flight delay or cancellation, please be sure to make the change or cancellation procedure from your Dorawari My Page.
