Hokkaido Regional Head Office
NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Atsubetsu-ku, Sapporo) from September to November 2025, E5 Do-O Expressway (Dohoudo Road), E5A Sasson Expressway (Fadaru Road) and E38 Doto Expressway (Doto Expressway) will be closed at night due to road surface repair work, etc., interchange (IC) closures, and parking area (PA) closures.
We ask that you please leave well in advance of your trip and use detour routes.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, and ask for your understanding and cooperation in the construction and work necessary for the safe and comfortable use of Expressway.

- While Watatsu PA is closed, the parking lot, toilets, gas station, and power station within the PA will not be available for use.
- None of these services are available on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
