"Otofuke BASE" opens

NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Atsubetsu-ku, Sapporo) will open a PR room called "Otofuke BASE" with the aim of promoting understanding of the ongoing E38 Doto Expressway (Doto Expressway) four-lane widening project and informing people about the progress of the construction work.

Doto Expressway 4-lane Project PR Room "Otofuke BASE"

• We named it "Otofuke BASE" with the intention that it will become familiar to local residents and serve as a base for disseminating information about Doto Expressway four-lane expansion project.

Located on the north side of Otofuke Roadside Station, within Natsuzora Park grounds (next to the intercity bus and airport shuttle bus stop)
3-1 Natsuzora, Otofuke-cho, Kato-gun, Hokkaido

3． Start using

Opening on Friday, January 30, 2026

• Available hours: 9:30-17:00 (Closed during the New Year holidays)
  It is available on the business days of Otofuke Roadside Station.
