1. Plan Overview

① Discounted "Road Discount Free Pass x Tokia Set Plan"

This plan is for passengers using Toki Air flights arriving at Sapporo Okadama Airport and allows unlimited use of all Expressway within Hokkaido for a fixed price.
The regular "HOKKAIDO LOVE! Road Toku Free Pass (Period A) ^*" costs 10,700 yen (regular car) for 4 days, but this plan offers it for 7,700 yen (regular car) for 4 days, making it an even better deal. Please take advantage of this opportunity to use Toki Air and Expressway and fully enjoy your trip to Hokkaido.

② Drive Discount "Niigata Sightseeing Drive Pass x Tokia Air Set Plan"

This plan is a plan that allows customers using Tokiair flights arriving at Niigata Airport to get on and off freely at a fixed price for Expressway of all areas of Niigata Prefecture, the Kita-Shinano area of Nagano Prefecture, and the Aizu area of Fukushima Prefecture.
From Reiwa 8, the Hokuriku Expressway Oyashi IC ~ Asahi IC has been added to the target area. In addition to free boarding and disembarking in Niigata Prefecture, Kita-Shinano, and Aizu areas, it can also be used for travel to Unazuki Onsen, Kurobe Gorge, etc. via the additional Asahi IC.

2. How to use

1. Please complete your reservation and purchase of Toki Air flight tickets (arriving at Sapporo Okadama Airport or Niigata Airport) through the official Toki Air website.
2. After completing your purchase, please click on the application URL for this plan located under "Passengers arriving at Sapporo Okadama Airport" or "Passengers arriving at Niigata Airport" in the email sent from Toki Air to proceed to the application page.
3. Please apply for Dorawari by following the instructions on the application page.
   • You must apply for this plan by the day of boarding your Toki Air flight. When applying, please set the start date of use of this plan to be the day of boarding or the day after. Also, if you want to start using this plan from the day of boarding, please complete the application before using Expressway.
4. Please insert the ETC card with the number entered on the application page into the in-vehicle unit and use Expressway.

4. Precautions for Use

1. Depending on the section you are using, the day of the week, and the time of day, it may be cheaper to use the ETC time-of-day discount.
2. This package plan must be booked by the day of your Toki Air flight. When booking, please set the start date of the plan to the day of your flight or the following day. If you wish to start using the plan on the day of your flight, please book before using Expressway. Please note that if you are using the "Dora-wari Michi-Toku Free Pass x Toki Air Package Plan" with a rental car, you must use your own ETC card. Rental ETC cards cannot be used.
3. You cannot change the vehicle during the rental period.
