NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Taito-ku, Tokyo, Regional Head Office length: Hirozo Saeki) and Trans-Tokyo Bay Highway Co. (Ota-ku, Tokyo, President: Aono Toshihito) is, January 2, 2007 (day) and 3 days "Umihotaru New Year Fair 2007" will be held at Umihotaru PA for two days on Monday. At Umihotaru PA, various events are held on both days to celebrate the arrival of the new year with our customers. This event is the second event to be held on December 18, 2007 (Tuesday) to commemorate the anniversary anniversary of Tokyo Wan Aqua-Line Expressway which celebrates its 10th anniversary.
The Umihotaru New Year Fair 2007 offers the following four events.
New Year "Kanto Hibiki Taiko" Performance
It is a performance of "Kanto Hibiki Taiko," which is a custom of Umihotaru PA. We are celebrating your new year's start. In addition, it is held only on January 2 (Tue).
"Good luck! Omikuji lottery"
From 8 am, only the first 300 people can participate in one lottery in front of the 4th floor information for every purchase of 2,000 yen at restaurants and shops (excluding some stores). For customers who win, we offer a "cash grabbing".
"Good luck! Umihotaru charity lucky bag"
From 10:00 a.m., 100 bags for each day will be sold specially for 2,000 yen per bag in front of the 4th floor information of Umihotaru PA. The lucky bag is packed with special products that are unique to Umihotaru. The proceeds will be donated to the Chiba Nippo Social Welfare Corporation Traffic Orphans Fund and the Kanagawa Shimbun Welfare Culture Corporation Traffic Orphans Fund as donations.
New Year's invitation, lion dance
It will appear on the 4th and 5th floors of Umihotaru PA from 10am to 4pm. Happy and lively fortune.

About the "Aqualine Thanks to You 10th Anniversary" event
This year's event is held as an anniversary year in 2007, the 10th anniversary of the opening of the Tokyo Wan Aqua-Line Expressway. With the cooperation of tourism associations in Chiba and Kanagawa prefectures, we will hold various events such as product exhibitions that are united with the community at Umihotaru PA, changing the theme of the event every month. Above all, we will hold various events focusing on the following four topics.
