NEXCO EAST Utsunomiya Construction Office (Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture, Director: Tetsuo Hideshima) is responsible for the bridge construction work associated with the construction of the Kita-Kanto Expressway Night traffic regulation to hold.

Until Saturday, April 28, 2007 (planned)
However, traffic restrictions will be enforced for approximately 50 days during the above period.

- When the Utsunomiya Kami-Mikawa IC entrance/exit ramps are restricted, you can use the Utsunomiya Kami-Mikawa IC by using a detour.
- The regulations change daily, so please be careful and follow the guidance and guidance on site.
2.Outline
For the construction of Kita-Kanto Expressway, we will construct a bridge that crosses the new Route 4 and Kita-Kanto Expressway Utsunomiyakami Mikawa IC entrance/exit ramp.
3. Traffic restrictions

We will implement regulations to reduce the number of lanes.
(2) Kita-Kanto Expressway Utsunomiyagami Mikawa IC entrance/exit ramp
The Utsunomiya-Kami-Mikawa IC entrance and exit ramps are restricted, so please use a detour when using the Utsunomiya-Kami-Mikawa IC.
