NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Taito-ku, Tokyo, Regional Head Office president: Shinichi Ishikawa) and Nex-area Company Limited Tokorozawa branch office (Tokorozawa city, Saitama prefecture, branch manager: Yuzaburo Nogawa), " We are pleased to inform you that we will hold the "3rd NEXCO EAST New Menu Contest Tokorozawa Block Qualifying Session" with the theme of "anshin" commitment.

At the Tokorozawa block qualifying event, six SA restaurants in Saitama and Gunma prefectures on the Kan-Etsu Expressway will compete for the qualifying event, and the one with the highest award will challenge the final tournament held in Tokyo next February.

The theme was "feeling" for customers to use "anshin" and to enjoy the local menu using local ingredients.

5 conditions

(1) The selling price (tax included price) shall be 1,000 yen or more and 2,000 yen or less.

(2) Must be sold in the area from March 2009.
(However, within the jurisdiction of this branch, sales are scheduled to start in January 2009.)

6 Examination method

Cooking researcher Yoshiharu Doi, customer representatives, etc. will perform a tasting examination and the work that won the highest prize will be exhibited at the final competition (scheduled to be held on February 27, 2009).
