Tochigi Prefecture and NEXCO EAST (East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd.) today signed a comprehensive partnership agreement.
Through this agreement, Tochigi Prefecture and NEXCO EAST will cooperate with each other to effectively utilize the resources of both parties and promote tourism in Tochigi Prefecture, Large consumption of Tochigi Prefecture products, and strengthen support for emergency response in Tochigi Prefecture.
