Kazo Management Office
NEXCO EAST Kazo Management Office (Kazo City, Saitama Prefecture) will perform pavement repair work at the Tohoku Expressway Urawa Interchange (IC) (Out-bound line) entrance ramp. For this reason, the Urawa IC (Out-bound) entrance ramp (toward Sendai) will be closed at night.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you may have some time when you go out.

In case of stormy weather, postponement will be postponed to the same time the following day (Saturday and Sunday will not be regulated.)
In case of stormy weather, the decision to close at night will be made at 16:00 pm on the day of the implementation.

2 Detour
National Route 122 (about 6.0km) → (2) National Route 16 (about 0.2km)
- (1) Drive toward Iwatsuki via Route 122, which is parallel to the Tohoku Expressway (about 6.0km).
- (2) Turn left at the Kakura intersection on Route 16 to reach the Iwatsuki IC entrance. (Attachment-2 [PDF:231KB])
3 Construction overview
Tohoku Expressway Urawa IC has deteriorated pavement, and it is necessary to close the lamp to perform pavement repair work.
In order to minimize the impact on customers, we will close the building during the nighttime on weekdays when traffic is light and carry out construction work intensively and efficiently.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that our customers can use our products safely and comfortably.
