NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Taito-ku, Tokyo) and Trans-Tokyo Bay Highway Co. (Ota-ku, Tokyo) will celebrate the 15th anniversary of opening in December of this year, "Tokyo Wan Aqua-Line Expressway Umihotaru Parking Area" (PA)” is under construction, but on December 27, 2012 (Thursday), a space where you can see the location of the sea, “The Great Corridor with a View of the Sea” and part of the store (Umihotaru 4th floor) It will open.
The new catchphrase for Umihotaru is "Romantic Ship Umihotaru".
By fully renovating the 4th floor of Umihotaru, we will provide a panoramic view overlooking the location of the sea by arranging a "large corridor with a view of the sea" on the sea side and rearranging commercial facilities. In addition, the structure is designed with safety in mind, such as installing a glass window on the aisle side to clarify strong wind measures and evacuation guidance.
The grand opening is scheduled for the end of April 2013, when the "Large Corridor with Sea View" will be completed.
