NEXCO EAST Tokyo Wan Aqua-Line Expressway Management Office (Kisarazu City, Chiba Prefecture) will repair the pavement on the Out-bound line between the Kisarazu Minami Interchange (IC) and the end point of the Tateyama Expressway Kisarazu South Branch Line (IC). In this repair work, there will be night closures from 20:00 on January 21st (Monday) and 22nd (Tuesday), from 20:00 to 6:00 the next morning.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you may have plenty of time when you go out.

(1) Closed section

Tateyama Expressway Kisarazu-Minami Branch Line Kisarazu-Minami IC-Out-bound line (1.7km extension)
*The direction from Kisarazu-Minami IC to the end point (intersection with National Route 16) is the Out-bound line

(2) Closing date and time

Monday, January 21, 2013, 22nd Tuesday Tuesday preliminary day, 23rd Wednesday, 24th Thursday
Every night from 20:00 to 6:00 the next morning (10 hours per day)

In case of stormy weather, construction will be postponed.
In case of stormy weather, the decision to stop at night will be made at 16:00 pm on the day of the implementation.

2 Detour

Tateyama Expressway Kisarazu-Minami Branch Line When the road between Kisarazu-Minami IC and the end point is closed, the detours are National Route 127 and National Route 16. It usually takes about 2 minutes from Kisarazu Minami IC to the end point (1.7km), but if you use the detour route, it will take about 13 minutes, so please take time to go. 3 Construction overview

Tateyama Expressway Kisarazu South Branch Line has been in operation for 17 years and has been damaged by traveling vehicles on the pavement surface.

In order to minimize the impact on our customers during this repair work, we will close the roads during the night on weekdays when traffic is light, and perform the work intensively and efficiently. We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that our customers can use the Expressway safely and comfortably.

We post a construction notice signboard at the toll booth.
Post banners on overpass bridges on Expressway.
