NEXCO EAST Ichihara Management Office (Ichihara City, Chiba Prefecture) started operation on Saturday, April 27, 2013, Ken-o Expressway (Ken-O Road) Togane Interchange (IC) Of the Kisarazu East IC, a traffic accident that occurred between the Togane IC and the Mobara Kita IC after operation brought damage to the protective fence of the median strip on the main line near the Togane IC.
