The recruitment for the Takasaki Tamamura Smart IC Business Opening Ceremony (certificate and commemorative gift presented to the first 5 passengers on the first line of the opening line and each of the first 5 passengers) has ended because we have reached the capacity. NEXCO EAST Takasaki management office (Takasaki, Gunma Prefecture) is, Takasaki and has been working with the town TAMAMURA Kan-Etsu Expressway (Kan-Etsu Expressway) Takasaki TAMAMURA (Takasaki TAMAMURA) smart interchange (IC) is 2014 February 22 February In commemoration of the opening on Saturday, we will hold the opening ceremony for Takasaki Tamamura Smart IC.
We will also be recruiting "first rider" customers who will use the Takasaki Tamamura Smart IC for the first time to participate in this ceremony.

3 Business start ceremony
Please apply in advance using the "Application method" below. Five customers each coming from Takasaki Tamamura Smart IC to Niigata/Utsunomiya or Tokyo/Nagano We will present a "passing certificate" and a "souvenir." (The customer with the first reception will be the "first ride" by area.)
4 How to apply for customers who want to participate in the opening ceremony
Please follow the procedure below to apply in advance.
- Application method: Please come to the reception desk directly during the reception period. Numbered tickets will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. You cannot apply by phone. (Two places of reception information boards installed on site)
In addition, since the Takasaki Tamamura Smart IC is exclusively for ETC, the vehicle of the customer applying must be able to use ETC.
