NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Taito-ku, Tokyo) will release the "Joshinetsu Fuyu Meguri Pass," which is a Dora-wari that departs from the Tokyo metropolitan area and allows you to get on and off the Expressway in the Joshinetsu area at a fixed rate.
This product was planned under the co-sponsorship of the "Shinshu Campaign Executive Committee" and the "Shin-Etsu Tourism Area Council" so that you can enjoy a round trip of hot springs, tastes, and sightseeing spots in the Joshinetsu area. It's relatively cheap, and there are plenty of presents such as the Shinshu Monojiyu Sanyo Tegata, which is great for sightseeing.

- If you use it beyond the tour area, in addition to the Dorawari charge, the normal fee (if the ETC time zone discount is applied, the charge after applying the ETC time zone discount) will be charged as a fee outside the tour area. Please note.
How to use
Please use (1) → (2) → (3) in that order.
By using (1), you will be billed for the discount rate.
Use starting from (2) and (3) is not eligible for Dorawari.
Please use the tollgate via ETC wireless communication.
- Even if you do not intend to use the return trip, traveling from the IC in the tour area to the IC in the departure area will be the return trip, and the use of Dorawari will be terminated. Also, please be aware that even if you drive in the tour area after returning, you will not be eligible for drag discount.
- If you use the tour in excess of the tour area, in addition to the Dorawari charge, a normal charge as a fee outside the tour area (If the ETC time zone discount is applied, the charge after applying the ETC time zone discount) Please note that you will have to pay.
Examples of driving not covered
Driving outside the application period is not subject to Dorawari and will be charged separately.
Except for the method of use (outgoing route ⇒ round trip ⇒ returning route), all segments will be charged separately.
