NEXCO EAST in Keihin management office (Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture Tsuzuki-ku), Daisan-Keihin Road Kohoku interchange (IC) ~ Hodogaya between IC Daisan-Keihin Road capital to cross the Expressway Yokohama ring North line Kohoku junction (JCT) lamp We will build the bridge.
Along with that, from 23:00 on Saturday, February 28 to 6:00 the next morning, and from 23:00 on Saturday, March 7 to 6:00 the next morning, night traffic will be closed in the same section.

- Every day from 23:00 to 6:00 the next morning (7 hours)

- In case of stormy weather, the work will be postponed.
- In case of stormy weather, the decision to stop at night will be made at 14:00 on the day of implementation.

2 Detour
The detour will be Route 2 and Prefectural Road 13 (Shin-Yokohama Street) (Shin-Yokohama Motoishikawa Line). If you use the detour route, it will take 25 to 30 minutes to detour, so please take time to go. (Attachment [PDF: 112KB])
- You cannot use the Hazawa IC on Daisan-Keihin Road.
- Please use Kohoku IC and Mitsuzawa Exit for detour.
- For detours, please use Kohoku IC and Shin-Sakuragaoka IC.
- Please use Kohoku IC and Imai IC for detour.
- Passengers using the Yokohama Yokosuka Road from the Daisan-Keihin Road (Out-bound line) toward Yokosuka are requested to make a detour from the Kohoku IC and then the Hodogaya Bypass Shin-Sakuragaoka IC again.
- Yokohama Yokosuka Road (In-bound) to Daisan-Keihin Road are advised to re-enter from the Shin-Sakuragaoka IC for the Hodogaya Bypass and then from the Kohoku IC of Daisan-Keihin Road. Also, if you have flown into the Yokohama-Shindo Road, please have it flow out toward National Highway No. 1 (Yokohama National University).
3 Construction overview
With the construction of the Kohoku Junction (JCT) on the Shuto Expressway Yokohama Loop North Line, we will construct two Kohoku JCT Ramp Bridges that cross Daisan-Keihin Road. (See the figure below)
In order to minimize the impact on our customers when carrying out this construction, we will close the road at night when traffic is light, and carry out the construction safely, intensively and efficiently. We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that our customers can use the Expressway safely and comfortably.

(1) Public information regarding suspension of traffic
- We will post signs and posters at rest facilities.
- Post banners on overpass bridges on Expressway.
