Conventionally, each road administrator has been strengthening the crackdown in line with the “Large Vehicle Traffic Optimization Policy (May 2014)”. However, overloaded vehicles are about 3 compared to 2012. As the damage to aging roads is increasing, such as the number of roads also increasing, the road managers will work together to further strengthen crackdowns on overloading.
In line with this policy, we have Large the scope of normal cooperation in order to exhaust all infringing vehicles that flow into and pass through the Tokyo metropolitan area, and have implemented the largest-scale crackdown ever.
As a result, we issued an administrative order for corrective action and correction guidance for the infringing vehicle as follows, and we will inform you of the enforcement result.
We will continue to cooperate with related organizations and take strict measures to eradicate vehicles that violate the Road Law (Vehicle Restriction Order).
