NEXCO EAST Misato Management Office (Misato City, Saitama Prefecture) will close the entrance at night at the Oizumi IC on the Gaikan Expressway (outer ring road) to repair damaged pavement.
Before going out, please check the construction site (entrance closing point), construction date, closing time, and detour, and make sure you have enough time to use it. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
1 Lamp closed section
Oizumi JCT Outer Circular Entrance Ramp (*This is the entrance ramp from the general road to the outer ring road.)
2 Lamp closure date and time
Monday, January 25, 2016 from 20:00 to 5am the following morning
(Preliminary days: Tuesday, January 26th, Wednesday, January 27th, Thursday, January 28th from 20:00 to 5:00 the next morning)
- In case of stormy weather, construction will be postponed to the spare day.
- You can get on the Kan-Etsu Expressway Out-bound line Tokorozawa from Oizumi IC.

3 detour
Please make a detour to the general road during the night of the Oizumi JCT outer ring road entrance ramp closing due to this construction. Attachment [PDF:153KB]
If you use the detour route, we expect that the detour will take about 10 minutes, but it may take longer depending on the situation on the day, so please take time to go.
Please note that if you use the Shutoko, there will be an additional charge.
4 Construction overview
We will repair pavements that have been damaged due to deterioration over time. Since the width of the road at the construction site is narrow, work will be performed with the outer ring road entrance ramp closed. It will be conducted during the nighttime when traffic is light so that the impact on customers will be minimized.
5 How to obtain traffic information
