NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture) cooperates with Toho Co., Ltd. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) and Trans-Tokyo Bay Highway Co. (Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo), Tokyo Wan Aqua-Line Expressway" At the Umihotaru Parking Area, we will hold a campaign to commemorate the release of "Shin Godzilla" which will be released on Friday, July 29.

Godzilla appears in Umihotaru PA, the location of "Shin Godzilla"!

During the period, we will develop various contents such as holding a stamp rally where you can get original goods, exhibiting 1/60 size Shin Godzilla statue, actual size footprint, making photo of Shin Godzilla shooting etc.

In addition, on Saturday, June 25, the first day of the campaign, there will be a talk show with Shinji Godzilla, the director and special skill director Shinji Higuchi, an unveiling ceremony for the 1/60 size Shin Godzilla statue, and a rock-paper-scissors competition. We will hold a fun opening event.

(1) Actual size footprint

Umihotaru PA On the Kawasaki side deck, Shin Godzilla's full-scale footprints will appear.
It is a spot where you can experience the scale feeling of "Shin Godzilla", which boasts the largest size in the Godzilla series.
The view from the 3rd floor is the best view point.

(2) "Shin Godzilla" Umihotaru Stamp Rally

Starting with the stamp inside the restaurant on Umihotaru PA5F, collect the stamps installed on the 4th floor and you will receive "Shin Godzilla" original goods. * Goods are either clear files or stickers created to commemorate the campaign.

(3) 1/60 size Shin Godzilla statue

A 1/60 size (about 2m) Godzilla statue will be displayed in front of the entrance of Umihotaru PA4F South Deck.
You can see the power of "Shin Godzilla" which is the largest in the Godzilla series up close in three dimensions.

(4) Pop-up 3D art

A 3D art projecting a powerful "Shin Godzilla" coming from the sea on a panel measuring 2.7m in length x 5.4m in width.
It is a perfect spot for taking commemorative photos.

(5) Memorial photo spot

We will set up a commemorative photo spot with an oversized panel for one scene of the movie.
This is a unique spot for this campaign, where you can take a photo with the panel installed on the stage as the background.

(6) Making photo when shooting

We will exhibit one scene of a movie made by valuable making photos and casts when shooting movies.
This is a recommended spot where you can see the world of "Shin Godzilla" movies.

(7) Poster display of all 28 Godzilla series works

We will exhibit poster panels for all 28 Godzilla series works.
This is a must-see spot where you can see the whole series, from old-fashioned items to recent ones.

◆Director Shinji Higuchi (Shinji Higuchi)
Japanese movie director/special skill director. Born September 22, 1965.
Entered the movie world at "Godzilla" in 1984.
In 1995, he worked as a special skill director in the "Gamera Large Monsters Aerial Battle" and won the Japan Academy Awards Special Award.
He has also participated in numerous hit works such as the "Evangelion" series as storyboards and image boards.
Major directed works include “Lorelei”, “Japan Sinking”, “Noboto Castle”, “Attack on Titan: Before and After”.
