We apologize for the inconvenience to our customers, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation as it is a road closure necessary to maintain a safe and comfortable environment on the Expressway.
1 closed section and date and time
(1) Closed section
Yokohama Yokosuka Road between Sawara IC and Mabori Kaigan IC (extension: 4.6km)
(2) Closing date and time
- November 26 (Sun), 2017 from 0:00 to 12:00 (12 hours)
*We will also close the road in case of stormy weather. - December 11 (Mon) - December 13 (Wed), 2017 Every day 21:00 to 5:00 the next morning (8 hours / day)

2 Detour
(1) November 26 (Sun), 2017 from 0:00 to 12:00 in the evening
Please use prefectural road 27, prefectural road 210, and prefectural road 209 mainly as a detour.
If you use a detour, it will increase the time required, so please take time to go out.
Also, please note that on November 26 (Sun), 2017 the Ministry of National Route 16 carries out traffic closure accompanying the Yokosuka seaside marathon, so please take care when detouring.

Please use prefectural road 27, national highway 134, national highway 16 as a detour.
If you use the detour, it will take about 15 minutes (usually about 9 minutes when using the Expressway), so please be sure to have enough time when going out.
3 Construction content
(1) Road maintenance work
We perform inspections and cleaning to keep equipment such as tunnel lighting in good condition, and repair traffic safety facilities. In addition, we also carry out road surface cleaning and road grass cutting work.
(2) Construction to prevent falling of tunnel lighting
We will take measures to prevent falling of tunnel lighting equipment.
