2 Detour

The detour will be Route 2 and Prefectural Road 13 (Shin-Yokohama Street) (Shin-Yokohama Motoishikawa Line). If you use the detour route, it will take 25 to 30 minutes to detour, so please take time to go.

1. Customers using Daisan-Keihin Road ⇔ Shutoko Mitsuzawa Line
   ・Please use Kohoku IC and Mitsuzawa Exit for detour.
2. Customers using Daisan-Keihin Road ⇔ Hodogaya Bypass
   ・For detours, please use Kohoku IC and Shin-Sakuragaoka IC.
3. Customers using Daisan-Keihin Road ⇔ Yokohama-Shindo Road
   ・Please use Kohoku IC and Imai IC for detour.
4. Customers using Daisan-Keihin Road ⇔ Yokohama Yokosuka Road
   ・Customers using the Yokosuka Daisan-Keihin Road (Out-bound) to Yokohama Yokosuka Road direction of Yokosuka are advised to make a detour from the Kohoku IC and then re-enter from the Hodogaya Bypass Shin-Sakuragaoka IC.
   ・Customers using Daisan-Keihin Road from Yokohama Yokosuka Road (In-bound line) are requested to re-enter from Daisan-Keihin Road Kohoku IC after exiting Shin-Sakuragaoka IC for the Hodogaya Bypass. Also, if you have flown into the Yokohama-Shindo Road, please have it flow out toward National Highway No. 1 (Yokohama National University).
5. Shutoko Yokohama Kita Line ⇒ Customers using Daisan-Keihin Road
   ・ Daisan-Keihin Road from the Tokyo Metropolitan Expressway Yokohama North Line (Out-bound line) When using the Tamagawa area, when detouring, exit from the Shin-Yokohama exit and then re-enter from the Daisan-Keihin Road Kohoku IC. Thank you for your cooperation.
   ・Shutsuko Yokohama Kita Line (Out-bound line) to Daisan-Keihin Road Customers using the direction of Hodogaya will flow out from the Shin-Yokohama IC, Imai IC and Mitsuzawa entrance after leaving the Shin-Yokohama exit when making a detour. Please do so.

3 Construction overview

With the construction of the Yokohama Kohoku Junction (JCT) on the Shuto Expressway Yokohama Loop Northwest Line, we will construct two bridges that cross Daisan-Keihin Road. (See the figure below)

In order to minimize the impact on customers when carrying out this construction, we will close the road at night when traffic is light, and carry out the construction safely, intensively and efficiently. We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that our customers can use the Expressway safely and comfortably.
