NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture) was starred by actress Rina Kawaei and actor Shison Atsushi who are advertising characters for the opening of the Gaikan Expressway (Misato Minami IC-Takaya JCT). The animation movie will be released from May 18, 2018 (Friday) on the special website for opening the Gaikatsu Expressway and on the NEXCO EAST official account on YouTube.

This animation movie is an original movie set in the area along the outer ring road (Misato Minami IC-Takaya JCT), which will open on Saturday, June 2. Atsushi Shison played the youth role of a florist living near the opening section, and Rina Kawaei played the female role of thinking about the youth. Through the events that occur before and after the opening of the outer ring road, the outer ring road is a heart-warming story that connects people's feelings.

  Taka, who works at a florist near Takatani JCT, is alone in charge of the Funabiwa Hanafusa for some reason. Deliver potted plants to a nearby hospital as usual.   The WEB commercial for the opening of the outer ring road was filmed in early April, when it was warm and cheerful like spring. As soon as Kawaei-san and Shison-san, dressed in refreshing blue costumes, entered the studio, filming of the scene where they talked to each other began. Since it was a classmate combination, the shooting proceeded smoothly with a breathtaking performance.

  The dubbing of the animation movie will be recorded at a studio in Tokyo in mid-April. It was impressive that both of them listened to the instructions from the director with a serious expression and took notes of detailed nuances.

  Shison-san was so naturally performed that he couldn't even think of as the first experience of anime dubbing. Mr. Kawaei, who has experience as an anime voice actor, seemed accustomed to the timing of the blow, and the staff suddenly fell in love with it.

  Q: Please tell us what you think about this post-recording.

  Kawaei:

  I've been a voice actor, but I find it difficult every time. It's difficult to match the character's image, because it's different from the usual play.

  Shison:

  I was nervous because it was my first time talking to animation, but it was still difficult. I had to squeeze my emotions and situation with just my voice, but if I stuffed it too much, I couldn't feel the role, so it was very difficult to balance it, but I was able to make it with everyone's help.

  Q: What was the difficult part of dubbing?

  Shison:

  It is a place where you can add the parts that match the lip and the strength of breathing of the voice with ad lib.

  Q: What is the highlight of this animation?

  Kawaei:

  I thought that it would be difficult to perform only the voice at the moment when the Gaikan Expressway is opened and the mind is connected. Please pay attention because the scene running on the outer ring road is real and makes you feel like you are really running.

  Shison:

  It was my first time as a voice actor in anime, but I managed to make a voice so that I could somehow live as Takashi. It's a very emotional work, and I think the outer ring road is the key to the work. I was very happy because I personally loved Yumi Matsutoya because the music of Yumi Matsutoya that was playing in music matched.

  Q: Do you have any feelings or want to convey someone to the catchphrase of the animation, “I feel like someone connects with someone to connect”?

  Kawaei:

  I would like to get in touch with my friends because they are going abroad.

  Shison:

  My sister goes abroad, so I hope I can go out while I'm in Japan.

  Q: What are your thoughts on this co-star?

  Shison:

  (Kawaei) I was surprised that he was so small. I had a bigger image (laughs).

  Kawaei:

  On the other hand, I thought (Mr. Shison) was so big! (Lol).

  Q: Please tell us about your impression of the opening of the outer ring road.

  Kawaei:

  I am glad that the opening time will shorten the travel time.

  Shison:

  I could only go to Misato because my relative's house was along the outer ring road, but I'm really happy that this time it will be convenient. I also talked to my family that it would be good if they could connect quickly, so I want to go to my relative's house soon.

  Q: Do you have any people you are connected to or close to recently?

  Shison:

  I go to rice and go home with my older stylist about 3 days a week. Brothers, no, I often stay together like a parent and child.

  Kawaei:

  I often hear from my mom. I feel like my family is connected.
