NEXCO EAST Tokorozawa Management Office (Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture) C4 Ken-o Expressway (hereinafter referred to as "Ken-O Road order to carry out the pavement repair work at the entrance ramp of") Ome Interchange (hereinafter referred to as "IC"), will be carried out at night closure.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you may have some time when you go out.
1 Night closure locations / dates
(1) Night closure
Ken-O Road Expressway Ome IC Entrance ramp from the general road
(2) Date and time
Implementation date: Monday, June 25, 2018, from 20:00 to 6:00 the next morning (1 night)
Preliminary days: Tuesday, June 26, 2018, Wednesday, June 27, 2018 and Thursday, June 28th, from 20 pm each day until 6 am the next morning
- In case of rain, the planned closure on that day will be canceled and postponed from the next day.
- The decision to close at night will be made at 9 am on the day of the implementation.
2 Detour
If you are using the Expressway from Ome IC, please use the Iruma IC or Hinode IC, which is just before you.
Ken-O Road Ome IC-Iruma IC takes about 4 minutes, Ken-O Road Ome IC-Hinode IC takes about 7 minutes, but if you detour as follows, It takes about 13 minutes longer each time, so please take time to go out.
3 Construction overview
Ken-O Road Since the pavement of the lanes of the Ome IC has deteriorated, repair work will be performed on the pavement.
This work involves removing the pavement and paving the pavement as a series of operations, and it is necessary to close the ramp lanes because it is not possible to secure a sufficient lane for vehicles.
Therefore, in order to minimize the impact on our customers, we will close the ramp lane at night when traffic is light, and carry out the construction intensively and efficiently.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that customers can use the Expressway safely and comfortably.
4 How to obtain traffic information
(1) Information for closing at night
- Notice signs, posters, etc. will be posted at the Ome IC and the rest facilities around it.
- Banners around Ome IC Ken-O Road will be posted to Matagamichi Bridge.
- On the day of closing at night, a detour sign will be installed at the main intersection of the detour.
