 E14 Keiyo Road In-bound Line Kaizuka Interchange (“IC”)-Chiba East Junction (“JCT”) and E82 Chiba-Togane Road In-bound Line From Chiba Higashi JCT to Chiba Higashi IC, chronic traffic congestion occurs mainly in the morning and evening commuting hours, and we are currently working on countermeasures aimed at alleviating traffic congestion.

As a result of this work, 2019 in addition to the fixed regulations February 25, from (Monday) to the shoulder and the median strip (installation of temporary fences), will be carried out lane restrictions if necessary.

The traffic congestion control work will be performed on the In-bound line, but traffic restrictions may also be applied on the Out-bound line.

We apologize for any inconvenience to our customers, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation when traveling in the construction section so that you should be aware of traffic restrictions and reduced shoulders.

  • When a construction vehicle comes in or out of the regulation, the rotating lights and hazards will be turned on and the speed will be reduced, so be careful of a rear-end collision.
