NEXCO EAST Misato management office (Saitama Misato in the city), the capital Expressway from (hereinafter referred to as the "Metropolitan"), C3 We will close at night in order to carry out pavement repair work at the Bijogi Junction (hereinafter "JCT") ramp that flows into the outer circumference (towards Kawaguchi) of the Gaikan Expressway (hereinafter "Outer Ring Road").
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you may have some time when you go out.
1 Closed place and date
(1) Closed point: Lamp of Bijogi JCT flowing from the Metropolitan Expressway (Saitama Omiya Line / Ikebukuro Line) to the outer ring road

(2) Date and time
Implementation date: July 7th (Sun) and 8th (Mon) July 1st of each 2019, from 21:00 pm to 5:00 pm the following day
Preliminary Date: 2019, July 9 (Tuesday), 10 days (water), 16 (Tuesday), 17 days (water) each day and night at 21 pm to the next morning 5
- In stormy weather, it will be postponed to the spare day.
- Construction will be judged at 17:00 on the day.
2 Detour
Refer to the figure below for detours.
Detours will increase the time required, so please take time to go out.
1) When going from the Saitama Omiya Line on the Shuto Expressway to the outer ring road (from Omiya area to Kawaguchi area)
Blue As indicated by the arrow, exit Urawakita IC, pass Route 17, follow Route 298 toward Kawaguchi, and use the Toda Higashi IC.
If you detour between Urawakita IC and Toda Higashi IC, it will take about 12 minutes (usually about 7 minutes).
2) When going from the Shutoko Ikebukuro Line to the outer ring road (from Ikebukuro area to Kawaguchi area)
Pink As indicated by the arrow, exit Toda Minami IC, pass Route 17 and follow Route 298 toward Kawaguchi. Take the Toda East IC.
If you detour between Toda Minami IC and Toda East IC, it will take about 7 minutes (usually about 4 minutes).
3 Construction overview
We will carry out pavement repair work on the main lane near the ramp of Bijogi JCT, which runs from the Metropolitan Expressway (Saitama Omiya Line / Ikebukuro Line) to the outer ring road, because the road surface has been damaged due to deterioration over time. Since it is not possible to carry out the work under normal lane regulations when carrying out the work, it is necessary to close the lamp and work.
Therefore, in order to avoid inconvenience to our customers as much as possible, we will close the lamps at night when traffic is light and carry out construction work intensively and efficiently.
Since the outer ring road and the outer lane may be congested because the ramp is closed and the main lane is regulated at the same time, it is a necessary construction to use the Expressway safely and comfortably.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. .
