NEXCO EAST Ichihara Management Office (Ichihara City, Chiba Prefecture), in order to use the rest facility more safely and comfortably, E82 Chiba-Togane Road Noro Parking Area (“PA”) In-bound line, we will implement barrier-free parking, repair pavement, and repair sidewalks.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the use of parking lots during the construction period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

1 restricted locations and dates

(1) Restricted use location: Chiba-Togane Road Noro PA (In-bound line) parking lot area (For details, see [Attachment [PDF: 293KB]])
* Restrooms and commercial facilities are available.

* Attached to each line E82 The indications such as indicate the route number (numbering) of Expressway.

(2) Date and time: Monday, July 29, 1st 2019 2020 All day (24 hours)
* Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will also be held. In addition, the construction period will be extended depending on the progress of construction.

2 Construction overview

Chiba-Togane Road Noro PA (In-bound line), we will make the parking lot barrier-free, pavement repair and sidewalk repair work. In addition, the parking lot area will be divided due to construction work, and usage restrictions will be applied for each area throughout the day and night. (See[Attachment [PDF: 293KB]])

Due to construction work, some parking spaces will be restricted, but the following facilities are available.
