2 Detour

As indicated by the blue arrow, exit Urawa IC, take Route 122 toward Ikebukuro, and take Route 298 to Kawaguchi West IC. If you detour between Urawa IC and Kawaguchi Nishi IC, it will take about 10 minutes (usually about 7 minutes).

Detours will increase the time required, so please take time to go out.

3 Construction overview

Tohoku Expressway In-bound in Kawaguchi JCT of the lamp toward the outside ring road inward turning from the line, in normal repair work for a large damage can not cope with the road surface has occurred, it will be carried out in the emergency pavement repair work. The section where this work is performed is one lane, and it is necessary to perform work with the lamp closed since construction cannot be performed under normal lane regulations when performing construction.
