We apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation as this work is necessary to maintain a safe and comfortable environment at Expressway.

2. Detour

Please refer to the following for detours.

1. When heading to Koshoku IC from Joshinetsu Expressway (in the direction of Joetsu)
   As shown by the light blue arrow, please use Nagano IC ⇒ National Highway No. 18 ⇒ Koshoku IC.
   If you make a detour as shown in the figure below, it will take about 20 minutes (usually 5 minutes).



2. From Joshinetsu Expressway (Takasaki) to Nagano Expressway (Matsumoto) or Koshoku IC
   As shown by the orange arrow, please use Sakaki IC ⇒ National Highway No. 18 ⇒ Koshoku IC.
   If you make a detour as shown in the figure below, it will take about 30 minutes (usually 15 minutes).

3. 3. About transfer adjustment due to ramp closure

• Customers using ETC are requested to run the outflow designated IC wirelessly and the re-inflow designated IC wirelessly. (No transit certificate will be issued for ETC vehicles)
• ETC time zone discount will be applied, considering the transited journey as one.
  Toll charges are adjusted at the time of billing, so they may differ from those displayed at the toll gate.
• Insert the same ETC card for all journeys and pass through the ETC lane at the tollgate.

<< Customers for cash, etc. >>

• Customers who pay by cash, etc. should receive the "passage certificate" at the outflow designated IC, and then get the "passport" at the re-inflow designated IC, and then make the "transfer" at the toll booth that pays the fare first. Please give us your "certificate" and "passport".

• If the suspension of traffic is released after the outflow designated IC is released, the fare will be adjusted even if it is re-introduced from the IC (including the outflow designated IC) in the closed road section in the forward direction.

Four. Construction overview

Since the pavement of the Nagano Expressway Koshoku IC and Koshoku JCT lamps is deteriorating, we will carry out pavement repair work. Since it is not possible to carry out construction under normal lane regulations, it is necessary to close the lamps before starting work. Therefore, in order to avoid inconvenience to customers as much as possible, we will close the lamps on weekday nights when traffic is light and carry out construction intensively and efficiently.
This work is necessary to use Expressway safely and comfortably, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

• Notice signs, posters and leaflets will be posted at toll booths and rest facilities nearby.
