At NEXCO EAST Expressway Company (Tsukubamirai City, Ibaraki Prefecture), pavement repair work and road structure inspections are carried out using the ramps of the C3 Gaikan Expressway (hereinafter "Outer Ring Road") and Misato Junction (hereinafter "JCT"). To do so, we will close the lamp at night.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you will have time to spare when you go out.
1. 1. Closing location and date and time

From 21:00 pm to 5:00 the next morning each day (The implementation days and preliminary days are weekdays excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.)

2. Detour
Detours will increase the time required, so please take time to go out.
3. Construction overview
Misato JCT on the outer ring road, we will carry out pavement repair work on damaged road surfaces, bridge pavement repair work for the purpose of waterproofing bridge decks, and inspection work for gate-shaped signs and bridge maintenance.
Since it is not possible to carry out construction under normal lane regulations, it is necessary to close the lamps before starting work. Therefore, in order to avoid inconvenience to customers as much as possible, we will close the lamps on weekday nights when traffic is light and carry out construction intensively and efficiently. This work is necessary to use the Expressway safely and comfortably, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
