NEXCO EAST Takasaki Management Office (Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture) commemorates the opening of the E18 Joshin-Etsu Expressway Kanra Smart Interchange (hereinafter referred to as "smart IC"), which has been promoting business with Kanra Town. Among customers passing through Kanra Smart IC, we will hold a business opening ceremony to present a passing certificate and commemorative gift to the customer who is the first to pass through the Kanra Smart IC entrance (In-bound line Tokyo direction).

3. 3. Contents of the event

​The first five customers who have applied in advance according to "4. Application method" below will receive a "passing certificate" and a "commemorative gift". (The customer who is the first in the reception order will be called the "first person")

Please come directly to the reception desk during the reception period. Numbered tickets will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis.

Five. Precautions

This smart IC is for ETC only, so applications will be accepted only from those who can use ETC wireless driving in vehicles equipped with a valid ETC on-board device on the day of the ceremony.

6. About measures to prevent the Large of new coronavirus infection

1. At the time of application and reception at the ceremony venue, please measure the temperature, disinfect your fingers, and wear a mask.
2. Please note that this ceremony may be canceled due to the Large of the new coronavirus infection.

• On the day of opening, it is strictly prohibited to wait for the opening near Kanra Smart IC as it will be a nuisance to the surrounding residents.
