In addition, we will first inform you about the advance reception method for the "first" customer who uses Tohoku Expressway from the same smart IC (In-bound line Tokyo direction).
Please refrain from parking and stopping near the smart IC for customers who have not been selected as it may cause congestion on the surrounding roads.

- The Toga-Nishikata Smart IC is exclusively for ETC, so it is essential to use ETC.
- If the number of applicants exceeds the planned number, we will conduct a strict lottery.
