NEXCO EAST Tokorozawa Management Office (Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture) has been conducting business with Miyoshi Town. We will also inform you about how to pre-register for customers who will be the first to use the Kanetsu Kan-Etsu Expressway towards Tokyo from the same smart IC (In-bound line).
For customers who have not been selected, please refrain from parking near the smart IC while waiting for the opening of the IC, as this may cause congestion on the surrounding roads.

　下記4．の事前受付にて当選された5名のお客さまを対象に、「一番乗り」の通行認定証及び記念品を贈呈します。（1号車から5号車の順番についても抽選にて決定し、あわせてお知らせします。）
　なお、参加費は無料です。

1. Application method
   • Please apply from the dedicated application form during the reception period.
   • We do not accept applications over the phone.
   • 三芳スマートICはETC専用となりますので、ETCの利用が必須となります。
   • If the number of applicants exceeds the planned number, we will conduct a strict lottery.
     We will notify you of the lottery results by email to the winners.
