Starting Saturday, April 1, 2020, NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture) will collaborate with Ibaraki Prefecture, Tochigi Prefecture, and Gunma Prefecture (hereinafter referred to as the "Three Prefectures") to promote tourism and Expressway usage. To promote this, we are implementing the ``Kita Kanto Tour Free Pass,'' which is limited to ETC vehicles and allows unlimited rides on Expressway within the three prefectures for a fixed price.
Applications for use starting April 1, 2020 (Monday) will begin from 2:00 p.m. on March 15, 2020 (Friday). Please note that the following changes have been made from the start of use on Monday, April 1, 2021.

Four. Target area

• Only major ICs and JCTs are listed for the metropolitan area departure area and tour area.
• This discount does not apply to toll roads managed by the Metropolitan Expressway, Gaikan Expressway, and other local road corporations, and a separate fee is required.
• Starting from Monday, April 1, 2020, Hanazono IC will be changed from a metropolitan area to a tour area.
