NEXCO EAST Yawara Management Office (Tsukubamirai City, Ibaraki Prefecture) E6 To commemorate the opening of the entrance to and exit from Tokyo at Misato Joban Expressway (hereinafter "Joban Expressway") at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 22, 2025, we will be holding a ceremony to present a commemorative gift to the first customers (from car number 1 to car number 5). 3. 3. Contents of the event

​Five customers who apply in advance using the "4. Application Method" below will be selected by lottery to receive a "Certificate of Passage" and a "Souvenir." The order of cars 1 to 5 will also be decided by lottery and will be announced at that time.
Winners will be asked to use Joban Expressway from the smart IC (In-bound) towards Tokyo.

◆How to apply◆

• Please apply from the dedicated application form during the reception period.
• We do not accept applications over the phone.
• Misato Tollgate Smart IC is an ETC-only facility, so you will need to use ETC.
• If the number of applicants exceeds the planned number, we will conduct a strict lottery.
• The lottery results will be notified to the winners by email.

• On the day of the opening, waiting for the opening near Misato Toll Gate Smart IC will be strictly prohibited as it will cause inconvenience to local residents.
