NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture) will hold an information session for companies certified in the FY2025/2026 competitive participation qualification review (construction, surveys, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "construction, etc.")) to provide an overview of NEXCO EAST 's bidding and contracting system and construction facilitation guidelines, as well as an overview of the ordering outlook and major construction works, etc. within the Kanto Regional Head Office jurisdiction.

4. How to apply

The target audience for this briefing is companies that have been certified in the FY2025/2026 competitive participation qualification review (construction, etc.).
If you would like to participate, please fill out the special participation application form on NEXCO EAST website.

From Monday, May 12, 2025, 14:00 to Monday, June 30, 2025, 16:00

5. Important points to note regarding this information session

  • Due to venue capacity, we will limit attendance to a maximum of two people per company.
  • Registration will be closed once we reach our maximum capacity of 250 people (first come, first served).
  • The result of your application will be sent to the email address you registered on the application form (automatic reply).
  • Please note that if there are a large number of participants, we may ask one person from each company to attend.
  • We may contact you regarding adjusting the number of participants, so please make sure you are set up to receive emails from our domain, "e-nexco.co.jp."
  • Materials to be used at the information session will be sent to the email address registered on the application form around the end of July. Materials will not be distributed at the venue on the day, so please prepare them in advance.
  • This information session will not be streamed online.
  • The program, "FY2025 ordering outlook and overview of major construction projects, etc." will explain several construction projects, etc. selected from the list of outlooks.
  • The venue has theater-style seating. There are small tables that can be stored in the chairs, but they are not large enough, so please be careful if you bring a laptop or other device.
  • Since this is the Cool Biz period, we recommend that you wear light clothing.

Points to note when asking questions in advance

  • There will be a Q&A session on the day, but questions received in advance will be given priority. If you have any questions, please fill them out in the questions section of the application form as much as possible.
  • Please note that due to time constraints, we may not be able to answer all of the questions you submit in advance at the briefing session.
  • Answers to questions submitted in advance or on the day of the event will be sent to the email address registered on the application form at the end of August.
  • Please note that we cannot answer questions regarding matters unrelated to the content of this briefing or matters regarding construction work etc. that are not listed in the FY2025 ordering outlook.
