At NEXCO EAST Misato Management Office (Misato City, Saitama Prefecture), C3 A night-time closure will be implemented at the entrance ramp to Soka Interchange (hereinafter referred to as "IC") on the outer loop of Gaikan Expressway (hereinafter referred to as "Outer Ring Expressway") to carry out construction to replace soundproof walls.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we ask for your understanding and cooperation in allowing yourself plenty of time when heading out.
1. Lamp closure location and date and time
- Closures:
Outer Ring Road, Soka IC, entrance ramp to Takaya - The C3 designation on each route indicates the route number (numbering) of Expressway, etc.

2. Detour
Please refer to the figure below for the detour.
The detour will take longer, so please leave plenty of time.

As indicated by the blue arrow, take National Route 298 towards Takaya, then exit at Misato IC towards Joban Expressway.
If you take a detour between Soka IC and Misato IC, the journey is expected to take approximately 14 minutes (usually approximately 7 minutes). - [Detour II] When travelling from National Route 298 to the Ginza area via the Metropolitan Expressway Misato Line
As indicated by the pink arrow, take National Route 298 towards Takaya, then exit at Misato IC and head towards the Shuto Expressway.
If you take a detour between Soka IC and Misato IC, the journey is expected to take approximately 14 minutes (usually approximately 7 minutes). - [Detour III] When heading from National Route 298 towards the Outer Ring Road Takaya
As indicated by the orange arrow, take National Route 298 towards Takaya, then exit at Misato Chuo IC towards Takaya.
If you take a detour between Soka IC and Misato Chuo IC, the journey is expected to take approximately 15 minutes (usually approximately 7 minutes).
3. Construction overview
Due to damage to the soundproof wall on the entrance ramp to Soka IC on the outer ring road, work will be carried out to replace the soundproof wall.
Since construction work cannot be carried out under normal lane restrictions, it is necessary to close the ramps to carry out the work. Therefore, in order to minimize inconvenience to customers, we will close the ramps at night on weekdays when traffic volume is low, and carry out the work in a concentrated and efficient manner. This work is necessary to ensure that customers can use Expressway safely and comfortably, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
