3. Construction overview

Due to damage to the soundproof wall on the entrance ramp to Soka IC on the outer ring road, work will be carried out to replace the soundproof wall.
Since construction work cannot be carried out under normal lane restrictions, it is necessary to close the ramps to carry out the work. Therefore, in order to minimize inconvenience to customers, we will close the ramps at night on weekdays when traffic volume is low, and carry out the work in a concentrated and efficient manner. This work is necessary to ensure that customers can use Expressway safely and comfortably, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
