NEXCO EAST Kazo Management Office (Kazo City, Ken-O Road Prefecture) will be implementing an emergency night-time ramp closure at the Okegawa Kitamoto Interchange (hereinafter referred to as the "IC") on the C4 Ken-o Expressway (hereinafter referred to as the "Ken-O Expressway") due to pavement repair work.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we ask for your understanding and cooperation in allowing yourself plenty of time when going out.

1. Closed location and date and time

  1. Closures:
    C4 Ken-O Road (inner loop) Okegawa Kitamoto IC entrance ramp
    (Entrance ramp leading from the toll gate towards Kawashima)

    Implementation date:
    令和7年9月3日（水）
    21:00 pm-5 pm the next morning
    Preparation day:
    Thursday, September 4th to Friday, September 5th, 2020
    Every day from 21:00 to 5am the next morning

  • In stormy weather, it will be postponed to the spare day.
  • The decision to carry out construction will be announced on X (formerly Twitter) etc. around 5:00 pm on the day of construction.

2. Detour

To detour, follow the blue arrows and go straight on Prefectural Route 12 → turn right at the Yamagayato intersection → go straight on Prefectural Route 74 → turn left at the Minamizonobe intersection → go straight on National Route 254 → use Kawashima IC.
The journey is expected to take approximately 10 minutes (usually about 5 minutes). Please allow extra time for the detour, as it will take longer.

3. Construction overview

　圏央道（内回り）桶川北本IC　川島方面へ流入するランプにおいて、お客さまの走行に影響を及ぼす舗装の損傷が確認されたため、舗装補修工事を実施します。
　舗装補修工事を行うランプは1車線であり、工事実施にあたっては通常の車線規制では施工が出来ないことから、お客さまへ極力ご迷惑をおかけしないよう、交通量が少ない平日の夜間に本線通行止めを行い、工事を集中的かつ効率的に実施します。安全・快適に高速道路をご利用いただくために必要な工事ですので、ご理解とご協力をお願い致します。

    The highway radio section is indicated by signs on the Expressway.

    Road traffic information can be obtained with VICS-compatible onboard equipment such as car navigation.
