NEXCO EAST Keihin Management Office (Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture) will be closing the Totsuka Parking Area (hereinafter referred to as "PA") on both the E83 Yokohama-Shindo Road Shindo lanes at night to carry out pavement repair work.
Please note that during the closure, the convenience store (Family Mart) (Out-bound lanes only) and restrooms inside the PA will be unavailable.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please plan your trip accordingly and check other rest facilities before heading out.

1. Lamp closure location and date and time

• Attached to each line E83 The indications such as indicate the route number (numbering) of Expressway.

2. Work summary

Yokohama-Shindo Road　Pavement repair work on parking masses and inspection of road structures will be conducted at the Totsuka PA on the upper and lower lines.
The PA where this work will be performed is extremely small in scale, and it is difficult to perform the work and inspections while customers are using the PA, so it will be necessary to close the PA. To minimize inconvenience to customers, the PAs will be closed during weekday evenings when traffic volume is low, so that the work can be carried out in a concentrated and efficient manner.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation as this work is necessary for the safe and comfortable use of Expressway.

4. Business hours of commercial facilities

　工事の実施に伴い閉鎖となる戸塚PA（下り線）の商業施設の営業時間を以下のとおり変更します。
　お客さまにはご迷惑をおかけしますが、ご理解・ご協力のほどよろしくお願いします。

• 閉鎖期間中は、ATMなどの商業施設内にある設備もご利用いただけません。
• 戸塚PA（上り線）の商業施設の営業時間は通常どおり9:00～21:00となります。
