Tsukubamirai City, Ibaraki Prefecture and the Kanto Regional Head Office East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. (Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture) have been working on the development of this road. E6 We would like to inform you of the expected opening date of the smart interchange (hereinafter referred to as "Smart IC") connecting to Joban Expressway (hereinafter referred to as "Joban Expressway"), taking into account the current progress of construction work.
