NEXCO EAST Tokyo Wan Aqua-Line Expressway Management Office (Kisarazu City, Chiba Prefecture) and Trans-Tokyo Bay Highway Co., Ltd. (Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo) are collaborating with the Sodegaura City Social Welfare Facilities Liaison Council to hold a sale of products made by people with disabilities at the CA Tokyo Wan Aqua-Line Expressway Umihotaru Parking Area on Sunday, December 7th.

Since 2018, our group has been working on initiatives to revitalize the local community and promote employment for people with disabilities, such as collaborating with local welfare organizations by outsourcing work as part of the "Koufuku (Happiness) Partnership," which links Expressway and welfare. This latest activity is part of that effort.

2. What is Takafuku Koufu (happiness) cooperation?

1. Origin of the name
   The name was inspired by the "Agriculture and Welfare Cooperation," which is a collaboration between agriculture and welfare.
   The logo mark Expressway, and the right side represents our company and the left side represents our partner, supporting each other. The design looks like a plus + and is reminiscent of improvement.
