NEXCO EAST　Tokyo Wan Aqua-Line Expressway The Management Office (Kisarazu City, Chiba Prefecture) will close the road between the Futtsu-Chuo Interchange (hereinafter "IC") on E14 Tateyama Expressway (hereinafter "Tateyama Road") and the Tomiura Interchange on E14 Futtsu-Tateyama Road (hereinafter "Tomikan Road") during the night in order to repair and inspect the road structure.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding and cooperation in allowing extra time for your trip.

Section I Dates: May 11th (Mon) - 12th (Tue), 2026 Reserve dates: May 13th (Wed) - 14th (Thu), 2026	[Excluding Saturdays and Sundays] Every day from 21:00 to 5:00 the next morning
Section II Dates: May 11th (Mon) - 15th (Fri), 2026 Reserve dates: May 18th (Mon) - 22nd (Fri), 2026

Rest facilities located within the closed section of the road will be closed as follows:
Tomikan Highway Oasis Furari
Section II will be implemented from 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM the following morning.
In stormy weather, it will be postponed to the spare day.
The decision to carry out construction will be announced on X (formerly Twitter) etc. around 5:00 pm on the day of construction.
Futtsu Chuo IC is an ETC toll gate only, but during the road closure period, even if you are unable to use ETC (ETC on-board unit not installed, ETC card not inserted, etc.), please follow the instructions and exit from Futtsu Chuo IC. When exiting, please use the lane marked "ETC/Support" or "Support", stop and follow the instructions of the attendant.

2. Detour

For information on alternative routes, please refer to the attached document [PDF: 149KB].
The detour will increase your travel time, so please allow ample time for your journey.

3. Construction overview

Repairs and inspections of road structures will be carried out at the Tomiura IC on the Tateyama Expressway from Futtsu Chuo IC to Tomikan-do.
Since the section where this construction is carried out is one lane on one side and cannot be constructed under normal lane regulations, we will stop traffic at night on weekdays when traffic is small so as not to cause inconvenience to customers as much as possible, and carry out construction intensively and efficiently.
It is necessary construction in order to use Expressway safely and comfortably, so please understand and cooperate.

Four. How to obtain traffic information

(1) Guidance by distribution / posting

Notice signs, posters and leaflets will be posted at toll booths and rest facilities nearby.
A banner will be posted on the overpass on the Expressway.
