NEXCO EAST Keihin Management Office (Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture) will be closing the ramps of the E16 Yokohama-Shindo Road Interchange (hereinafter referred to as "IC") at night to carry out bridge repainting work.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation in allowing extra time when you go out.

   Ramp leading from National Route 16 Hodogaya Bypass in the direction of Hachioji to Yokohama-Shindo Road Road Out-bound

When the ramps are closed at night, Sotetsu Bus (Route: Hama 17) that travels on Yokohama-Shindo Road In-bound lane will operate as usual.

3. Detour

For information on alternative routes, please refer to the attached document [PDF: 258KB].
The detour will increase travel time, so please allow ample time for your journey.

Four. Construction overview

Yokohama-Shindo Road　Bridge repainting work will be performed at the Shin-Hodogaya IC ramp.
Since the painting work cannot be carried out under the normal lane restrictions, it is necessary to close the ramp at the Shin-Hodogaya IC.
Therefore, in order to minimize inconvenience to customers, the ramp will be closed at night on weekdays when traffic volume is low, so that the work can be carried out in an intensive and efficient manner. We ask for your understanding and cooperation as this work is necessary for the safe and comfortable use of Expressway.

Five. How to obtain traffic information

(1) Guidance by distribution / posting

• Notice signs, posters and leaflets will be posted at toll booths and rest facilities nearby.
• A banner will be posted on the overpass on the Expressway.
