NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture) will be holding the "Northern Kanto Smartphone Stamp Rally" from Monday, June 1st, 2026, covering the three prefectures of northern Kanto (Ibaraki, Tochigi, and Gunma).
This initiative is a revamped version of an initiative implemented in fiscal year 2025, with the aim of promoting the use of the [Dorawari] North Kanto Sightseeing Free Pass and revitalizing tourism and the North Kanto region. In this stamp rally, participants can enjoy traveling while experiencing the charm of the North Kanto region by using their smartphone's GPS to collect stamps by visiting tourist facilities, service areas, and parking areas (hereinafter referred to as "SA/PA") within the designated area.
Furthermore, those who collect a certain number of stamps can enter a prize draw to win specialty products from the three prefectures of northern Kanto. A total of 101 winners will receive local specialties that showcase the charm of each region. Please join the stamp rally to create lasting memories of your road trip with family and friends.

A total of 190 locations including tourist spots, service areas, and parking areas in the three prefectures of northern Kanto.

5. About the gift campaign

Depending on the number of stamps you collect, we have prepared three types of prizes: a prize for completing one prefecture, a prize for completing two prefectures, and a prize for completing all prefectures. Winners will be selected by lottery to receive wonderful local products from each prefecture. Furthermore, those who meet the conditions for each prize after using the [Dorawari] North Kanto Sightseeing Free Pass can enter to win a special North Kanto Sightseeing Free Pass prize.
In addition, we have introduced three new awards this year: the Model Course Award, the Touring Challenge Award, and the Service Area/Parking Area Conquest Award. The Touring Challenge Award, in particular, is designed to be easy for anyone to participate in, so please feel free to join us when you visit Northern Kanto. The Model Course Award can be enjoyed even before you travel to Northern Kanto (Application period: until August 17th (Monday) 24:00).

We have prepared a total of 190 locations where you can collect stamps. Please note that the opening hours and closing days of stamp collection spots may have changed, so please check the official website of each facility before you go.

7. About the ETC Round-Trip Discount [Dorawari] North Kanto Round-Trip Free Pass

This is a great discount product that allows you to get on and off Expressway within the designated area for a fixed price for up to two or three consecutive days.
In addition to the round-trip plan that travels within the designated area, we also offer a plan departing from the capital area that combines one round-trip from the departure area to the designated area with a round-trip within the designated area.
