NEXCO EAST Ichihara Management Office (Ichihara City, Chiba Prefecture) will be closing the ramps of interchanges (hereinafter referred to as "ICs") on the E14 Keiyo Road and the E82 Chiba-Togane Road in order to carry out pavement repair work.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation in allowing extra time when you go out.

- In case of severe weather, the event will be postponed to the reserve date.
For information regarding alternative dates and detours in case of postponement, please refer to the attached document [PDF: 1.0MB]. - If the lamp construction is postponed due to inclement weather, the work will be carried out on a reserve day from October 9th (Friday) onwards. The order of work on the reserve day will be ①⇒②⇒③⇒④.
- The decision regarding whether to proceed with the construction will be announced around 5 PM on the day via X (formerly Twitter) and other channels.
2. Detour
Please refer to Attachments 1-4 [PDF: 1.0MB] for information on alternative routes.
The detour will increase travel time, so please allow ample time for your journey.
3. Construction overview
Pavement repair work will be carried out at Anagawa IC and Soga IC on Keiyo Road, and at Togane IC on Chiba-Togane Road.
Due to the inability to maintain lane closures (on the main road) while carrying out construction work, it is necessary to close the ramps to perform the work. Therefore, to minimize inconvenience to our customers, we will close the ramps during weekday nights when traffic volume is low, and carry out the construction work intensively and efficiently. This construction is necessary to ensure the safe and comfortable use of Expressway, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
