NEXCO EAST Chiba Management Office (Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture) is pleased to announce that, in commemoration of the opening of the C4 Ken-o Expressway (hereinafter referred to as "Ken-Ken-O Road") between Taiei JCT and Tako IC at 3:00 PM on Saturday, November 7, 2026, they will hold a commencement ceremony in which they will present the first five passengers (vehicles 1 through 5) with a certificate of passage and a commemorative gift.

3. 3. Contents of the event

From those who have applied in advance using the method described in "4. Application Method" below, five customers will be selected by lottery to receive a "Pass Certificate" and a "Commemorative Gift." The order of the cars, from car 1 to car 5, will also be determined by lottery and announced along with the winning results.
After the ceremony, the winners will be asked to drive from the same interchange (inbound entrance) towards the Daiei Junction.

Application method

• Please apply from the dedicated application form during the reception period.
• We do not accept applications over the phone.
• Tako Interchange is for ETC users only, so you will need to use ETC.
• If the number of applicants exceeds the planned number, we will conduct a strict lottery.
• Notification of lottery results will be replaced by e-mail to the winners.

• On the day of the opening, waiting near the Tako Interchange will cause inconvenience to local residents, so we strictly prohibit it.
