　NEXCO東日本　水戸管理事務所（茨城県水戸市）は、E51東関東自動車道（以下「東関道」）行方IC～鉾田IC間が令和8年11月22日（日）15時に開通することを記念して、「一番乗り（1号車から5号車まで）」のお客さまに、通行認定証及び記念品を贈呈する営業開始セレモニーを実施しますのでお知らせします。
　応募方法等の詳細は、以下の実施概要をご確認ください。

2. Venue

　東関道　行方IC　料金所ゲート前

3. 3. Contents of the event

　下記「4．申込方法」にて事前に申し込みをいただいた方の中から抽選で5名のお客さまを対象に、「通行認定証」および「記念品」を贈呈します。1号車から5号車の順番についても抽選により決定し、当選結果とあわせてお知らせします。
　なお、当選者の方にはセレモニー終了後、同ICから鉾田IC方面にご走行いただきます。

　以下の方法により、事前にお申し込みください。

Application method

• Please apply from the dedicated application form during the reception period.
• We do not accept applications over the phone.
• If the number of applicants exceeds the planned number, we will conduct a strict lottery.
• Notification of lottery results will be replaced by e-mail to the winners.

Reception period

　令和8年10月20日（火）14時00分から令和8年11月4日（水）23時59分

• 開通当日、行方IC付近での開通待ちは周辺住民の皆様の迷惑となるため固くお断りします。
