NEXCO EAST　The Utsunomiya Management Office (Kanuma City, Tochigi Prefecture) will implement nighttime closures to conduct pavement repair work on the ramps at the Mibu Parking Area (hereinafter “PA”) and the Mibu Interchange (hereinafter “IC”) on the E50 Kita-Kanto Expressway (hereinafter “North Kanto Expressway”).
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding and cooperation. Please allow extra time for your trip.

Four. Construction overview

Due to pavement damage at the eastbound entrance ramp at Mibu PA on the Kita-Kanto Expressway, westbound exit ramp at Mibu IC, and eastbound exit ramp, we will carry out pavement repair work.
The section where this work will be carried out is a single lane, and since normal lane regulations cannot carry out the work, it is necessary to close the ramps while carrying out the work.
Therefore, to minimize inconvenience to customers, we will close the lamps during weekday nights when traffic is low, and carry out the work intensively and efficiently. This work is necessary to ensure safe and comfortable use of Expressway, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
